How do I determine the shipping charges on my order?
USPS box packer determines how much you’re shipping charges will be based on your address and the weight o your purchased items.

How will I know that my order has shipped?
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirming the shipment along with a tracking number. Additionally, if you have created an account in checkout, you can log in to your account to check shipping status.

Will I get a receipt when I place an order?
Yes. As soon as your order is placed, you will view a receipt page with your order confirmation number. You can print this for your records as needed, though a copy of your receipt will also be emailed to the address specified in your order. You will also receive a copy of your receipt in all shipments.

Do you offer gift receipts?
If you are interested in giving Bolivares clothing as a gift, email us at help@bolivares.com and we´ll assist you in acquiring a gift receipt.

Does Bolivares ship outside the U.S.?
Yes, we do. If you have any questions, email us at help@bolivares.com

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
No. At this time we do not offer shipping to Military APO/FPO or P.O. boxes.

Can I return or exchange an item?
We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return any non-sale, unworn merchandise with original tags attached for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt of your order. All refunds will be applied to the original payment method.
Please include your receipt and personal contact information in the package in the event we need to contact you.

In the event that you return a package that does not meet this criteria, we will contact you and you will have the option to pay for return shipping or forfeit the item. If you have questions about an item and whether it is eligible for a return, please contact us at help@bolivares.com and include photos and a description of your product´s defects.

Is it secure to use my credit card online?
Yes. Security of your information is of the utmost important to us. Any personal information collected, including credit card details allows us to complete your transaction, is transmitted using Secure Socket Layering (SSL) protocol to ensure that your information is secure. All data collected is used to complete your transaction, send you e-mails to confirm order status and to contact you if we have questions regarding your purchase. We keep your personal data secure and will never sell your contact information.
